Based on recent experiences in Viet Nam, we suggested some practical ways to promote collaboration among relevant agencies and organizations in assisting SMEs in assessing and improving existing working conditions. This Action Guide provides concrete instructions for OSH inspectors, BOHS staff and related organizations about how to support SMEs in primary prevention of work-related risks at the initiative of employers and workers.
