Issuing Regulations on Safety Technique Verification Process of Machines, Equipment, Materials with Strict OSH Requirements

The Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs signed Decision No 2013/2005/QD­-LDTBXH on 29 December 2005 on issuing 06 verification procedures of machines, equipment, materials of all kinds with strict OSH requirements, including:

- Boiler safety technique verification process (QTKD 01­ 2005)

- Pressure Vessel safety technique verification process (QTKD 02-2005)

- Refrigerating system - safety technique verification process (QTKD 03-2005)

- Hot water, steam pipeline ­ safety technique verification process (QTKD 04-2005)

- Gas bottle - safety technique verification process (QTKD 05­ 2005)

- Gas producing and absorbing system - safety technique veri­ fication process (QTKD 06-2005).

Each verification process consists of stipulations on scope, compulsory Vietnamese standards on safety technique, test methods, reading test results and test processes. With the issue of these processes, registration of machines, equipment, materials and subs­tances with strict OSH requi­rements as prescribed by Circular No 23/2003/TT-BLDTBXH is expected to be implemented homogeneously, strictly and improved./.
