Deputy PM Phạm Gia Khiêm recently allowed the Bureau for Safe Work under the Ministry of Labor, War Invalid and Social Affairs (MOLISA) to become a member of the Section on Prevention in the Mining Industry, which is an affiliate of the International Social Security Association (ISSA).

The Deputy PM required MOLISA, in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to complete necessary procedures for the accession.
MOLISA will have to pay yearly dues from its budget.
