3, Implementation::
3.1 To strengthen management systems on labour protection: to assign duties and responsibilities for concerned units and individuals; to set up action plans of the labour protection session; to make plans to ensure safety and health of employees at the workplace.
Organizing the National Week on OSH-PFE at a enterprise
3.2 Self-inspection with the following contents: safety of equipment, machines, workshops and the implementation of OSH regulations, standards; methods to prevent occupational accidents and diseases; repair notice boards and cover the dangerous area; maintenance of machines and equipment which have strict requirements on OSH.
3.3 Occupational health: to examine the health of workers to detect occupational diseases and to treat them timely; to control and measure the working environments such as dust, noise, toxic gases etc. to prevent their harmful effects to health.
3.4 Prevention of fire: to show movies on preventing and fighting against fire to managers and employees of enterprises; to organize training courses on preventing and fighting against fire for amateur teams at enterprise level.
After the National Week on OSH-PFE : to report all activities done in the enterprise to the steering committee at provincial level; to ensure the implementation of all OSH activities following the established action plans of the year.
