Organizational structure of the Bureau for Safe Work

The Bureau for Safe Work (formerly the Department of Occupational Safety) is established under the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) in accordance with Decree No. 29/2003/ND-CP dated 31st March, 2003 by the Government. The functions, responsibilities and structure of the Bureau for Safe Work are stipulated in Decision No. 1123/2003/QD-BLDTBXH dated 10th September, 2003 and Decision No. 1176 by the Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs.

* Organizational structure of the Bureau for Safe Work:

In the Bureau, there are currently more than 40 staffs who are university graduates and post-graduates who have specialized in areas such as construction, mechanics, mining, electricity, thermodynamics, chemicals, laws, forestry, medicine, economics and international relations.

* The leadership in the Bureau:

- Mr. Ha Tat Thang, Director General

- Mr. Vu Nhu Van, Deputy Director General;

- Mr. Pham Gia Luong, Deputy Director General;

- Ms. Do Thi Thuy Nguyet, Deputy Director General.
